How to Manage and Cancel Air Canada Flight Bookings

You can adjust your Air Canada Reservations through the 'My Reservation' option by including your name and password for ticket cancellation, seat reservation, dinner, route print, update request, and compensation in the case of cancellation, and you will be able to make adjustments to your Air Canada Reservation.

 

Air Canada Rules on Cancellation and Refund

You must click on the "Manage my reservations" tab, which is found on aircanada.com, and check for the following forms for your reservation:

Enter a single flight reservation with the reservation name, the last name, and the credit card number used to book OR: login and view the reservation on your account, then pick the reservation you wish to cancel.

Click the cancellation reservation icon and continue with the directions when you visit your flight reservation tab. You can get a confirmation e-mail for the process after you have done it. The refund process will commence if you cancel your ticket online.

You must contact Air Canada reservations directly if you have booked with a representative of Air Canada directly or canceled a booking on which the upgrade was confirmed. However, you would need to go to them to obtain a refund whether the booking is through a travel agent or by other airlines or websites.

If you have booked your flight via aircanada.com, cancel the whole reservation, and cancel your reservation at least 2 hours before your departure, you can cancel your reservation. If you reserve via Air Canada Reservations or otherwise, though, you will not be able to cancel electronically. In this situation, you must cancel the flight the same way your Air Canada Airlines Ticket has been reserved.
